Caledon East Backyard Renovation

Our team brought this Bolton custom home’s dream backyard to life while working closely with our clients to assist them in obtaining all of the necessary permits for the project and helping them understand their vision and lifestyle. We designed a modern yet timeless backyard oasis featuring an in-ground saltwater swimming pool with a custom water feature and a built-in deck jacuzzi. The backyard is covered in timeless and durable interlocking pavers with intricate designs throughout, natural stone staircases and masonry that compliments the exterior of the house. We designed and built a fully custom cabana with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and wall-mounted TV finished with custom masonry all designed to match the custom homes exterior. The large durable driveway underwent a facelift which allows plenty of cars to be parked for large gatherings and entertaining that won’t sink or shift over time. To tie the whole project together, we installed low-maintenance perennial gardens and ornamental grasses in raised flower beds finished in stone. Large mature trees provide shade and privacy while making the backyard feel lived in and loved. This property is fully wifi controlled from the pool, to the LED landscape lighting throughout the property, even to the irrigation system in the grass areas and flower beds.
