We worked with our client from start to finish to deliver the backyard and landscaping of their dreams. We assisted the client in obtaining permits to ensure a smooth planning process. We proposed a design that suited their yard and style best, including all modern landscaping and an inground pool with full automation that is programmed from your smartphone. Custom water features cascade water into the swimming pool, which is all wirelessly controlled and surrounded by timeless and durable interlocking pavers. Large mature trees provide shade and privacy, with low maintenance perennials and ornamental grasses throughout the property. We designed and built a fully custom cabana with a built-in outdoor kitchen, custom masonry work, custom cottage style carpentry, and a fireplace with a TV Wall. The natural stone and masonry tie in the details of this one-of-a-kind custom-built modern country home. For easy maintenance, we installed an automatic water sprinkler/irrigation system throughout all of the flower beds, lawn, grass, and sod areas which is also wi-fi controlled, Low voltage LED landscape lighting bring the flower beds to life after sunset with up lights on trees and large shrubs. Path lighting illuminates the landscaped walkways and lounge areas. A new and durable driveway was installed at the front of the home to allow plenty of vehicles to park for large gatherings while they entertain in their backyard oasis. You can enjoy the outdoors throughout the seasons with all of the outdoor amenities and heaters in lounge spaces.
